During product launches, limited releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by ERROR ERA™.

International Shipping

ERROR ERA™ ships to select international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ERROR ERA™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.

Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

  • Made-to-Order Items

These products may require additional production time before shipment.
