At ERROR ERA™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Item must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without meeting these requirements may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Limited edition drops
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
